We therefore wondered if the injury was perceived as inevitable. Because it is all the same at the origin of the limitation or cessation of the practice.
The injury comes from different factors: your general condition, the stress generated by the organization of training, races and regular practice.
We know that good training does not only involve running, but also diet, rest, intensity phases, strengthening...
So we create DECATHLON PACER. A mobile application that aims to be your training partner for your next race(s). An application that will allow you to approach your training in a new way to:

The application is currently being tested, and will soon be available to everyone. Our goal: to best support performers to surpass your limits and achieve your racing goals.
