Adjustable weighted bar TEST (4 to 10kg) Domyos Marcq-en-Barœul

Our design team needs you to test and give your opinion on our new adjustable weighted bar "the adjustable weighted bar": an adjustable bar that can weigh 4 to 10kg thanks to weights that can be stored in the bar. You can change the weight of this bar in less than 30 seconds.

Objective :

Test and give us your opinion on our adjustable bar

Profiles sought:

• 16 male and female testers
• Beginner to expert in muscle building, cross training, bodybuilding, body pump...

Where : Domyos club Marcq-en-Baroeul

When :

• Monday, November 8 from 10 a.m. to noon.
• 4 slots of 30min with 4 people per slot.

What :

- presentation of the test

-warming up

- 10 min WOD with the bar and without accessories, supervised by the team.

-post-test questionnaire

You can then perform your session freely on the set.
