Arrival on Site
Phase 1/ measuring your hand by the test facilitator: 3 measurements
Phase 2/ warm-up and joint mobility: 15 min
Phase 3/ test the different knurlings during a session of 3 blocks of 4 exercises
1 dumbbell model to test per block
4 exercises per block
30 sec of practice and 30 sec of recovery per exercise
At the end of each block, you have 2 min of recovery during which you will answer a questionnaire on your SMARTPHONE + a summary questionnaire at the end of the test.

If you are selected for this test, you will be put in contact with a temporary agency ADAPTEL that we work with to validate your application and share the test organization details (paid test).
