Diagnosis in the online estimation process for your Second Life products

Decathlon's Second Life offering is growing and gaining momentum.

The concept is simple : estimate your products online, obtain a buyback price and go to the store to finalize the trade-in of your product and get your money back. Your returned products will be repaired (if necessary), adjusted and maintained in order to give them a second life and find them a new owner.

To give you a precise estimate of the repurchase price of your products, we work on different diagnostics depending on the nature and types of products.

These diagnostics will help you estimate the condition and value of the products you wish to resell before going to the store to complete the transaction.

We therefore offer you a 1-hour videoconference user interview.

We will handle diagnostics for the following products:

• Weight bench (priority subject)
• Children's bike (weather permitting)

Participation in this workshop is paid via a dematerialized Decathlon gift card worth €20.
