New features in the Second Life recovery process

In order to streamline the online recovery experience, we have created new features in the product estimation process.

Test these new ideas from home on your computer and give us your feedback!

We organize user testing sessions by videoconference.

Testing sessions will last 40 minutes maximum.

You will need to be in front of a computer, and have a web cam.

User testing will take place from April 19 to May 3, 2023 (between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.)
