Btwin is a Decathlon brand that designs and sells scooters. To make the best choices for our customers/users, we regularly collaborate with motivated testers who want to try out and discover new recreational products in order to better meet usage needs.
Objective :
You may already know our Decathlon 3-wheel scooter: the B1 with its removable multi-colored shells!
We decided to develop its big sister: the B 100 with the shells already assembled for more rigidity and quality, and we need you and your children to test it.
The objective is to test the performance of this model over time, its durability and its consistency with the needs of customers/users.

Practical information (date, location, etc.):
The test will take place “at home”. You can collect the scooter from the Btwin village in Lille (or by post) upon receipt of the products and will test it, independently , in your usual environment for 8 weeks (from the date of receipt at your home).
Product tested:
B 100 (3-wheel scooter)
Test procedure:
1) If you are selected, you will receive a completed and signed testing contract to return.
2) You receive your B 100 test scooter at home.
3) Your child uses the test scooter regularly for 8 weeks.
4) Every week, you will receive a questionnaire to monitor the use and evolution of the performance of the test scooter. We are counting on you to respond reactively. We will possibly speak with you by telephone. You can obviously count on our availability to support you in your use. The goal is for the test to be a positive experience for you and your child.
5) At the end of the 8 weeks of testing, we will collect the scooter to analyze its wear (no cost to you). After analysis and, depending on your feedback and your child's use, you may be able to recover the scooter you tested to extend the test for a longer, indefinite period.
