Sign up and give us your opinion on our NEW DUMBBELL / CROSS TRAINING DUMBBELL MODELS of 7.5 KG, 15 KG, 22.5 KG, 32.5 KG and 40KG at DOMYOS MARCQ-EN-BAROEUL !

This course is offered to you , it has been designed especially for you and will be led by our coach from the Domyos CROSS TRAINING club Florian PRUVOST !!

Profiles sought:

Profile: Regular CROSS TRAINING practitioner.
Products to test: Dumbbell 7.5kg, 15kg, 22.5kg 32.5kg 40kg
Objective: define the best diameter!
Gender: M/F

TEST INFO:

Duration of the test: 1 hour (including 12 minutes of practice in total)
15 people max per test slot (3 testers per weight)
Location: Cross training platform at Domyos, Marcq-en-Barœul

TEST DATES:

Thursday August 22 from 6:45 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Wednesday August 28 from 12:15 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Thursday August 29 from 12:15 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Program :

Arrival on Site: Meet the project team at the TESTERS RECEPTION of the Domyos store in Marcq-en-Barœul at the validated registration slot.

Phase 1/ measurement of your hand by the test facilitator: 3 measurements
Phase 2/ warm-up and joint mobility: 15 min
Choose a dumbbell weight between 7.5kg , 15kg, 22.5kg, 32.5kg or 40kg for your session (you will keep the same load throughout the session)
Phase 3/ test 3 dumbbells during a session of 3 blocks of 4 exercises
1 dumbbell model to test per block
4 exercises per block
30 sec practice and 30 sec recovery per exercise
At the end of each block you have 2 minutes of recovery during which you will answer a questionnaire on your SMARTPHONE + a summary questionnaire at the end of the test.

If you are selected for this test, you will be put in touch with an ADAPTEL temporary employment agency with which we work to validate your application and share with you the terms of organization of the test (paid test).
