All designs, illustrations, and graphic creations associated with our t-shirts are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code (articles L.111-1 and following) in France, as well as international conventions on copyright and creators' rights.

Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or use, in whole or in part, of these designs without prior written authorization constitutes infringement and is subject to civil and criminal penalties. In accordance with article L.335-2 of the Intellectual Property Code, infringement is punishable by three years of imprisonment and a fine of €300,000.
