The aim of this project is to increase the lifespan of helmets used in all sports, to contribute to reducing their environmental impact. We want to understand how our customers use their headset, the defects that appear, and the reasons why they no longer use it. This will allow us to think together about improvements that can be made to the helmet.

First of all, thank you for your numerous responses to the questionnaire you answered about 2 months ago, concerning the durability of helmets.
Your opinions on the defects you observed on your helmets allowed us to target 3 priority failures to address:
We are in the process of defining test protocols which will allow us to qualify these defects and compare their appearance depending on the helmets. All this with the aim of choosing the best components and improving them. The tests will then be extended to other failures.
Finally, your numerous requests regarding changeable comfort foams will be pushed internally, which would extend the lifespan of our helmets.
