This year, the Camp de Forclaz team has new dishes to evaluate. We are now looking for 30 testers for two recipes of: "Chocolate Muesli"
Profile sought:
You are a passionate Trekker, you plan to use freeze-dried products in the mountains in the coming days or you are willing to try them at home within the allotted time, you want to discover a new 100% freeze-dried product and share your opinion with us, the two "Chocolate Muesli" recipes are made for you, so don't hesitate, apply!
Practical information:
Recruitment will take place from August 2nd to 3rd.
The test will take place between roughly August 10th (probable arrival of the sample at the testers' homes) and August 23rd, 2022 (deadline for returning the completed questionnaire).
Test conditions:
These tests are autonomous. In the field during your next outings, or at home.
Product to test:
2 Chocolate Muesli recipes
Mission:
You will need to test these products during one of your mountain treks or at home. If you are interested in this test, I will ask you to test both freeze-dried products over two distinct breakfasts. The dishes must be tasted in the packaging provided for this purpose. At the end of each meal, you will need to fill out the corresponding feedback questionnaire on the co-creation platform. These questionnaires will be the means to share your opinion on the tested products.
Required equipment:
Measuring cup (or graduated pot), stove for trekkers.
Remuneration conditions:
No remuneration is provided for these tests.
Contraindications:
If you are intolerant or allergic to any of the following ingredients (present or potentially in trace form):
- Recipe A: Cereal flakes 57% (RYE, OATS) (GLUTEN), dark chocolate pieces 13% (cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter), HAZELNUTS 11% (whole and powder) (Tree nut), whole MILK, sugar, flax seeds, cocoa powder.
- Recipe B: Cereal flakes 59% (WHEAT*, OATS*, RYE*), chocolate chips 12% (Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter), sugar 10%, chocolate cereals (chocolate 84% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, MILK fat, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor)(WHEAT* flour, sugar, WHEAT* malt flour, WHEAT* starch, raising agent: E500ii, salt, cocoa butter, natural vanilla flavor, glucose syrup, sugar, glazing agent: gum arabic, modified starch, coconut fat)), flax seeds 4.0%, cocoa 0.5%
