[INTERVIEW] The future of Sport and Decathlon

Hello,

In this year of Decathlon's 50th anniversary, we are taking the opportunity to try and imagine the next 50 years.

For that, we need you.

Do you have ideas on the subject, do you wonder what role Decathlon can play in the future of sport and well-being?

Participate in a series of interviews that will mix your answers with those of experts and athletes to illustrate what sport and Decathlon could be tomorrow.

Become the voice of our male and female athletes, and express your ideas on what Decathlon should address as obstacle(s) to sport.

These interviews will then be compiled into a video that will be broadcast during an internal event dedicated to Innovation, which will take place on October 8, 2026: the Innovation Awards.

If you are available, a shoot will take place on September 14, 2026, at Kipstadium (near Lille); it should take about 30 minutes on site.

We will send you the questionnaire beforehand so you can prepare your answers.

Otherwise, we can consider asking you the questions remotely, via video call or voice messages.
