Hello,

We take advantage of the new year to offer you new testing slots for the grip of our future kettlebells!

Do you regularly practice CROSS TRAINING or WEIGHTLIFTING?

We need you!

This class is free for you, it has been specially designed for you and will be led by a coach!!

Program:

Arrival on Site: CrossFit VAUBAN -> 28 Bis r Esquermes, 59000 Lille
Phase 1 / measuring your hand by the test facilitator: 3 measurements
Phase 2 / warm-up and joint mobility: 15 min
Phase 3 / test 5 pairs of kettlebells during a session of 5 blocks of 3 exercises
1 kettlebell model to test per block
3 exercises per block
30 sec of practice and 30 sec of recovery per exercise
At the end of each block you have 2 min of recovery during which you will answer a questionnaire on your SMARTPHONE + an overall questionnaire at the end of the test.

NOTE:

If you are selected for this test, you will be put in contact with a temporary agency ADAPTEL with which we work to validate your application and share the test organization details (paid test).
