Goal :
To start laying the foundations of our collaboration, we would like to hear from you on the first developments of our future range of protection with two objectives:
1 - Understand your needs in terms of body protection thanks to the discussions we have around a product and a range
2- To present you for the same protection two very different designs in order to know your perception and appreciation of these, allowing us to improve the rest of our collection

The interviews will be conducted by Fabienne, a Decathlon employee whose job is to listen to our users and our customers. It will take place over 40 minutes with slots every hour on Monday December 7 between 9 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. and Monday December 14 between 9 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
The interviews will take place in Lille, at Btwin Village (4 Rue du Professeur Langevin, 59000 Lille)

Supervised / autonomous conditions:
We would therefore like to invite you to an interview lasting 40 minutes. We guarantee that this is in no way a commercial approach and that your answers will be treated anonymously. To thank you for the time you give us, we will take care to compensate you.
The entire interview will be done in strict compliance with sanitary rules with the provision of hydroalcoholic gel, the presence of plexiglass between you and the interviewer as well as disinfection entered each interviewee from the workspace and product that could be handled.
