All designs, illustrations and graphic creations associated with our T-shirts are protected by current intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code (articles L.111-1 et seq.) in France, as well as international conventions on copyright and creators' rights.
Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or use, in whole or in part, of these designs without prior written authorization constitutes an infringement and is subject to civil and criminal penalties. In accordance with Article L.335-2 of the French Intellectual Property Code, infringement is punishable by three years' imprisonment and a fine of ā¬300,000.
We reserve the right to take any necessary legal action against any person or entity that infringes our rights.
