Test 2 product concepts with different concept versions (3 versions for 1 concept, 2 versions for the other)

- Number of candidates: 20
- Practitioner of rather gentle sports such as pilates, yoga, or fitness with the aim of pleasure without seeking a high level of performance.
Practical information (date, location, etc.):
OR ? B'twin village, 4 rue du professor Langevin, Lille south.
WHEN ? Thursday 21, Friday 22 and Monday 25 September 2023 depending on availability.
TIME ? 30 minutes
Framed/autonomous conditions:
Supervised, presence of the field test engineer, and the product engineer and the designer on certain slots.
Product tested:
5 concepts of electronic multi-zone massage products.
Program :
Explanation of the test:
- 1 product concept with 2 versions
- 1 product concept with 3 versions
--> 5 product versions in total.
Test procedure:
1) testing of concept 1 or 2 products
2) answer the questions asked on the appreciation of the concept, the sensation of massage etc...
3) testing of concept 1 or 2 products (depending on the concept tested during the first pass, the remaining concept is tested).
4) answer the questions asked on the appreciation of the concept, the sensation of massage etc...
5) give your opinion and collect feedback and improvements, recommendations, proposals according to the 2 concepts and the different proposals.
