Practical information (date, location, etc.):
This test will take place at your home, and you will be required to answer a questionnaire assessing the different functions in use of the product.
However, you must come and collect the product at Décathlon B'twin village, 4 rue professor Langevin in Lille , and return it 48 hours later.
Framed/autonomous conditions:
Autonomous, at home.
Product tested:
Decathlon massage cushion. The product is a standard size cushion, equipped with an electronic module allowing rotational massage, and equipped with integrated heating modules for an optimized feeling of relaxation!
Program :
The testers use the massage cushion, for a few minutes per zone:
- lower back
- cervical
+ according to everyone's usage preferences!
Testers are asked to assess different functions via a questionnaire:
- Massage
- Aesthetic integration of the product at home
- Textile quality
- Use
- Rotation speed
- Purchase intent
- Human Machine Interface
Duration: 48 hours, i.e. 2 evenings
