For this new summer season, the Forclaz Camp team has a new dish to evaluate. We are now looking for 50 testers to taste and evaluate 1 recipe of "Vegetarian Bolognese Pasta"
Profile sought:
Are you a passionate male or female trekker, planning to use freeze-dried products in the mountains in the coming days, eager to discover a new 100% freeze-dried product and share your opinion with us, and of course, you appreciate vegetarian dishes or are curious to try them? Then don't hesitate, apply!
Practical information:
Recruitment takes place from August 4th to 7th.
The test takes place between roughly August 10th (probable arrival of the sample at testers' homes) and September 10th, 2023 (deadline for returning the completed questionnaire).
Test conditions:
These tests are autonomous. On the field during your next outings, or at home.
Product to be tested:
Veggie Bolognese Pasta
Mission:
You will need to test this product during one of your mountain treks or at home. If you are interested in this test, I will ask you to test the two freeze-dried meals on two distinct occasions. The dish must be tasted in the packaging provided for this purpose. At the end of the meal, you will need to fill out the corresponding feedback questionnaire on the co-creation platform. This questionnaire will be the means to share your opinion on the tested products.
Necessary equipment:
Measuring cup (or graduated mess kit), stove for trekkers.
Remuneration conditions:
No remuneration is provided for these tests.

Veggie Bolognese Pasta:
Ingredients: Pasta (gluten) 45%, tomatoes, cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, Pecorino Romano), textured vegetable proteins (concentrated pea protein, concentrated fava bean protein, salt), onions, carrots, spices, olive oil, wine vinegar, vegetable broth (corn flour, salt, onion, yeast extract and natural flavors extracted from vegetables).
