After a first partly conclusive test, the Decathlon Nutrition team would like to carry out a new test on its new 2 in 1 product: Energy cake and cream.
This product comes in the form of a powder to be diluted in water. You can get either a chocolate cream or a chocolate cake if you bake the preparation.
Required profile:
Man or woman practicing mainly endurance sports, consumers of energy cakes and/or energy cream . If you would like to give your opinion and share your experience on this type of sports nutrition products, do not hesitate to apply.
Practical information (date, location, etc.):
The test will take place at home between November 14 and December 4, 2022.
Product tested:
You will receive a doypack/sachet containing 300g of powder.
Program :
You will have to make your choice of one/several energy cake(s) and/or one/several energy cream(s) depending on your consumption habits.
We recommend consuming energy cakes and creams for breakfast 2 hours before an endurance effort. However, you are free to do as usual. We also recommend that one dose corresponds to 100g of powder (for cream and cakes). You are also free to make the recipe as you wish.
To make the cake, we recommend cooking in the oven in a silicone mold or in the microwave in a cup/mug.
A product evaluation questionnaire will be sent to you after the 3 weeks of testing.
