Isotonic drinks allow you to provide carbohydrates and certain minerals during your endurance efforts.

We are looking for 70 people who are used to consuming isotonic drinks during their long-term efforts.
Required profile:
Man or woman mainly practicing road cycling, mountain biking, running or trail running, regular consumers of isotonic drinks and enjoying iced mint . If you would like to give your opinion and share your experience on this type of sports nutrition products, do not hesitate to apply.
Practical information (date, location, etc.):
The test will take place at home between May 3 and May 15, 2022.
Product tested:
You will need to test 1 sample of ice mint flavored isotonic drink.
Protocol:
You will need to complete a 2-hour running or trail session or a minimum 3-hour bike ride in order to test the samples. In order to make your isotonic drink, you will need to add exactly 500 ml of water into a bottle or other container, then you will need to empty a single sample of isotonic powder into this same container and finally shake it for a few moments. This drink should be drunk from 15 minutes of effort until the end of your session, in small sips . Following this, you will have to answer the online satisfaction questionnaire on the platform https://cocreation.decathlon.fr .
It is strongly recommended to accompany your effort with other nutritional products in order to provide you with the carbohydrate intake and hydration necessary for your body.
