Product tested:

Either 2 samples to make 2 energy cakes (2 different recipes)
Or 2 samples to make 2 energy creams (2 different recipes)
Or 1 sample to make an energy cake and 1 sample to make an energy cream.

The choice will be made during the recruitment questionnaire.

Program:

You will need to test the products for breakfast before an endurance sport outing (running, road cycling, etc.). The 2 samples received must be consumed entirely and at different times. You will therefore need to consume one sample during breakfast on a given day and the other sample during breakfast on another day. A first questionnaire (on taste, texture, etc.) will need to be completed immediately after tasting the products, and a second will be done after your sports session to get feedback on the digestibility and energy contribution of the products.
