Hello,

We are taking advantage of the new year to offer you new test slots on the grip of our future kettlebells!

Do you regularly practice CROSS TRAINING or BODYBUILDING?

We need you!

This course is free , it was designed especially for you and will be led by our Domyos club coach!!

TEST INFO:

Duration of the test: 1 hour (including 12 minutes of practice in total)
10 people max per test slot
Location: Cross training platform at Domyos, Marcq-en-Barœul

TEST DATES:

Program :

Arrival on Site: Meet the project team at the TESTERS RECEPTION of the Domyos store in Marcq-en-Barœul at the validated registration slot.

Phase 1/ measurement of your hand by the test facilitator: 3 measurements
Phase 2/ warm-up and joint mobility: 15 min
Phase 3/ test 5 pairs of kettlebells during a session of 5 blocks of 3 exercises
1 kettlebell model to test per block
3 exercises per block
30 sec practice and 30 sec recovery per exercise
At the end of each block you have 2 minutes of recovery during which you will answer a questionnaire on your SMARTPHONE + a summary questionnaire at the end of the test.

If you are selected for this test, you will be put in touch with an ADAPTEL temporary employment agency with which we work to validate your application and share with you the terms of organization of the test (paid test).
