Do you regularly practice CROSS TRAINING?

We need you ! Register and give us your opinion on our NEW KETTLE CROSS TRAINING MODELS of 16 KG, 24 KG and 40KG in DOMYOS MARCQ-EN-BAROEUL !

This course is offered to you , it has been designed especially for you and will be led by our coach from the Domyos CROSS TRAINING club Florian PRUVOST !!

Profiles sought:

Profile: Regular CROSS TRAINING practitioner.
Products to test: 16 kg, 24 kg and 40 kg kettles
Gender: M/F

TEST INFORMATION:

Duration of the test: 1 hour (including 12 minutes of practice in total)
12 people max per test slots
Location: Plateau Cross training in Domyos, Marcq-en-Baroeul

TEST DATES:

Tuesday June 18 from 12:15 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Thursday June 20 from 6:45 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Thursday June 27 from 6:45 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Program :

Arrival on Site: Meet with the project team at the TESTERS’ RECEPTION of the Domyos store in Marcq-en-Baroeul at the validated registration slot.

Phase 1/ measurement of your hand by the test facilitator: 3 measurements
Phase 2/ warm-up and joint mobility: 5 min
Choose a kettle weight between 16 kg, 24 kg and 40 kg for your session (you will keep the same load throughout the session)
Phase 3/ test 4 kettles during a session of 4 blocks of exercises
1 kettle model to test per block
3 exercises per block
30 sec of practice and 30 sec of recovery per exercise
At the end of each block you have 2 minutes of recovery during which you will answer a questionnaire on your SMARTPHONE + a review questionnaire at the end of the test.

TO KNOW :

If you are selected for this test, you will be put in contact with an ADAPTEL temp agency with which we work to validate your application and share with you the arrangements for organizing the test (paid test).
