A single account, all your Decathlon services, anywhere in the world!

Good morning !

We are currently studying the possibility of creating an international account for our customers.

Offer a fluid, seamless journey, in store , on sites, apps, connected objects: Login with a single account, modification/use of data (My Account), accumulation and use of loyalty , awareness and use of services (Rental, Recovery, Repair, Activities, Coaching etc.): everything must be allowed, in our opinion, from any country (excluding China).

Have you had to travel internationally recently? Maybe you are an expatriate ?

Perhaps you encountered difficulties , frustrations in store? Maybe you have some fabulous ideas to share about it?
